In the course of our engagement, the firm may also collect and process sensitive information (e.g., your tax identification number, passport number) as may be relevant to advice sought and transaction documents requested.

Retention and Storage
The firm will endeavor to store your data securely. Digital files containing your personal data are stored in password-protected devices with anti-virus. Meanwhile, pursuant to the firm's advocacies on sustainability it shall keep as few physical records (whether or not reflecting your personal data) as possible.
Disposal
As instructed or upon termination of your engagement with the firm, your personal data shall be securely deleted. Any physical documents relating to your personal data shall be shredded.
Data Transfers
Only authorized personnel shall have access to your data.
The firm will not share or transfer your data unless legally required to do so or when you have given your consent.
